Code of conduct On August 21, 2025, e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. amended its Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Revisions to the Code were made primarily to: clarify the policy related to reporting violations or suspected violations of laws, rules, regulations or the Code; provide additional guidance and examples regarding confidentiality obligations, fair dealing and the protection and proper use of company assets; and add provisions and guidance regarding the Company’s gifts and entertainment policy and accuracy of financial reporting and other public communications.
